Modpack usage
#1
Hello,

I'm currently creating a modpack and my question is, if I'm allowed to integrate the "Real World" mod in this mod pack.

I will link to the Website http://10paksmods.net/ and I will give credits to "10paktimbits".

Are these conditions OK and are they also valid for others?

Kind regards

If you are hosting your modpack on any "Curse"-operated web site the answer is no. Otherwise yes, permission happily granted Smile

May I clarify, does this mean you are granting -blanket- permission for the use of RealWorld in modpacks (with a caveat to avoid Curse hosting)?

I'm trying to assemble a mod pack myself, based around using SpongeForge, and RealWorld makes a significant contribution to the feel of the current pack. I hope you will permit us to use it in our little bundle, and we'll respect your wishes regarding distribution.

Yes you can use any of my mods in your modpack, provided that your modpack is not hosted on any Curse or Curse-affiliated web site.

May I ask for a bit more clarification, is it allowed to:
1) Add a note to a curseforge modpack with a link to this site that states it is an optional, separate, download?
2) Add a batchfile to a curseforge modpack that automatically downloads your mods at first load of said modpack.
